The 10-10-10 portal cacao ceremony and shamanic journey provided space for community building, reflection and intention setting. It felt good to get cozy with yoga mats, pillows, blankets and bolsters made available to us. Amy has a knack for anticipating what might be needed and showing up for it energetically and with materials for the session.

Amy and Kendra bring so much of themselves to the practice and the space. Tonight’s Inner Child Alchemy workshop was a playful, joyful and meaningful experience held in a safe, authentic container. Grateful and thankful and looking forward to sharing the journey as it unfolds.
