Community. Connection. Elevation. Ascending Hearts Wellness is truly a sanctuary- a safe space, a spiritual workshop and more. Amy and Kendra bring so much of themselves to the practice and the space. Tonight’s Inner Child Alchemy workshop was a playful, joyful and meaningful experience held in a safe, authentic container. Grateful and thankful and looking forward to sharing the journey as it unfolds.

Amy and Kendra are wonderful souls leading us towards a better understanding of ourselves. Loved the Cacao Ceremony and Journeying along with Reiki and Crystal Bowls. It's good to be with like-minded souls

Amy and Kendra hosted a very amazing and powerful cacao, reiki and sound bath session today which was grounding and healing at the same time. I enjoy attending sessions conducted here and leave feeling a little more aligned with myself each time. 💕
