Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique with profound results. After a Reiki session, people often report feeling less pain, less anxiety, a feeling of calmness, better mental clarity, and an overall sense of wellbeing. Reiki originated in Japan and is based on the Asian concept of ‘ki’ or ‘life force energy’. We are alive because life force is flowing through us. Through normal stress, this energy becomes unbalanced or blocked. During the session, the practitioner channels healing Reiki ‘Universal’ life force energy to restore the client’s energy flow. This is done through gentle touch or the hands positioned just above the body. The practitioner is simply a vessel. Reiki is a purely Loving energy given to all of humanity for healing. It always moves in direct relationship with the unique needs of each person for their highest good.

Shamanic Reiki incorporates guided journey, working with the Earth’s elements and replenishing Reiki. Clients may be empowered to assist in Cord cutting, intrusion removal, and past life meditations. If you feel called, you are invited to bring items from nature to support you on this journey. These can be rocks, crystals, feathers, flowers or anything that resonates with you. This service is suggested for clients who are committed to and actively working on their own healing. During a Reiki Drumming treatment, we combine a traditional Reiki treatment with the use of a shamanic drum gently played around you to create a reiki drumming "shower" over your body. This process adds the additional benefit of sound waves, frequency, and vibration to penetrate the Reiki energy into your body and energy field in an amplified way, further assisting in breaking up stagnant or stuck energy.

Ceremonial cacao is the main ingredient in chocolate, but so very much more. It was given to us during creation to active our connection to divine intelligence and the cosmos. It is a wise messenger, a heart healer and a means to remember the true beauty of who we really are. It is often referred to as “Mama Cacao” because it is a feminine energy fruit. Ceremonial cacao is tended to only by humans with deep love and is left in its most natural state with nothing modified or taken away. It retains all of the beneficial nutrients (antioxidants, healthy fats, minerals) and healing components (see below) it has to offer. It is prepared as a healthy and uplifting warm drink. Ceremonial cacao is used to deepen meditation, rejuvenate the soul, and look inward to heal any stagnant emotions. Ceremonial cacao is the main ingredient in chocolate, but so very much more. It was given to us during creation to active our connection to divine intelligence and the cosmos. Our address is 13R State Street Bristol, RI 02809. Our entrance is located on the Thames Street side of the building. You cannot access us on the State Street side. We are across the street from Bristol Bikes. There is a small town parking lot in front of our entrance and also plenty of on-street parking available throughout the town of Bristol. Please be sure to give yourself 10 extra minutes to be able to park, especially for classes/events and on weekends (especially summer).
